Bekend voor gekke invallen, stomme ideeen en onmogelijke wensen, sommigen zouden me zo noemen, vooral als ik sta te filosoferen aan het aanrecht. Natuurlijk sta ik als ouderwetse huisvrouw, aan het aanrecht de afwas te doen, geen betere tijd voor goede, gekke of ronduit maffe gedachten kronkels.
Nu moet je weten dat ik een hobby bakster ben, die haar ei lang niet altijd kwijt kan, graag meer zou bakken om beter te worden en ik ben dol op de kersttijd, zou het niet leuk zijn die twee te combineren.
Gewoon een grote groep mensen bij elkaar brengen, die een cake, taart, of mooi versierde tulband voor een minder bedeeld gezin zou bakken.
Als ik alleen maar wist hoe ik dat aan zou moeten pakken, morgen eerst maar eens contact opnemen met de plaatselijke voedselbank, ben alleen bang dat alle regeltjes in Nederland dit initiatief meteen weer de nek om zullen draaien.
Zou het niet leuk zijn alle tafels in Nederland te vullen met deze leuke, maar vooral lekkere taarten, cakes en tulband ?

Some people know me for my ‘wild’, stupid or impossible ideas, which seem to come to me especially during doing the dishes, at the kitchen sink, okay, I’m a little old fashioned, no dishwasser in this household, but that doesn’t matter, I like it this way.
You should know that I’m a not so avid hobby baker, but I like doing it alot eventhough I’m not super at it at all. I would love to have the oppertunity to do it alot more. I’m also a Christmas lover, it would be so much fun to combine the two. Bring a large group of people together that enjoy baking as much as I do, have them all make a cake as a give away for less fortunate people.
If I only knew how to go about it. In The Netherlands we don’t have churches where we can go to, to have them distribute the cakes amongst the needy. We have so much rules and regulations that the initiative probably will be shot down before it even takes shape.
